She provides workshops to corporations, spas, and schools to educate and motivate her clients to make lifestyle changes. With more than 20 years’ of experience in eating disorders, Jeanne has acquired a level of expertise that not many other professional in the field possess. Jeanne created a program for the renowned Hilton Head Health Institute and continued to develop it for more than four years. "Regaining Control: Overcoming Emotional and Stress Eating" is a one week workshop that has garnered rave reviews from those in attendance. Jeanne presented this week long work shop eight times annually.
Jeanne presented at the Second International Conference on Eating Disorders, New York, on "The Impact of Pregnancy on Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia" which was accepted and published in the International Journal of Eating Disorders. Jeanne presented at the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals, "Eating Disorders 101" designed to teach therapists how to treat eating disorders. Published: Self-Help Groups in the Treatment of Eating Disorders in Controlling Eating Disorders with Facts, Advice and Resources, First Edition and Second Edition. Jeanne earned her M.A. in Counseling from Ottawa University. She is a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist, Certified Professional Coach and Certified Arizona Community College Instructor.
